Bacon ranch chicken pasta

YUM!
This is one of my favorite recipes
and my whole family eats it up!

What is not to like?
Chicken
Bacon
Ranch
YUM!
It is hard to stop eating this stuff
and it comes together pretty quickly
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb of chicken, cubed
  • 6 slices Bacon or turkey bacon
  • Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Dry Ranch Mix
  • 1/2 cup Milk – I don’t measure, just add until it looks right
  • 1/2 lb (8oz) Egg Noodles – or whatever kind of pasta you prefer. I used whole wheat egg noodles
  • Shredded Cheddar – 1/2 optional
Directions:
Put a large pot of water on to boil. Cook your Bacon in a skillet. Let cooked bacon dry on a paper towel lined plate. In the skillet you cooked the bacon in, cook the chicken in the bacon grease (as long as there is not much, you don’t want too much grease in the pan). Add some garlic (to your liking) to the chicken as it cooks. Add the pasta to the water, so it can boil while you cook the chicken. Add the flour and the dry ranch mix to the chicken and coat the chicken, cooking another 2 minutes. Slowly add the milk to the chicken/ranch, until incorporated and combines into a sauce over the chicken. Drain the pasta, once cooked to your liking. Once drained, add the pasta to the Chicken and ranch sauce. Mix the pasta until completely coated in the sauce. Add cheese to the chicken/pasta mixture – this is optional, but I just started adding it when I make this dish and I like it 🙂
Eat and Enjoy!
