Frittata

Frittatta is a great
go-to meal for me
because the only thing you really need is
eggs, cheese, and some milk
and then it is a free for all on what else you put in there!

Plus, it is REALLY easy to make
It is really just a fancy scrambled egg
or an easy version of an omelet
However you want to describe it
is is easy, fast,
and delicious!
Plus you can put WHATEVER you want in it
Clean out your fridge
“anything but the kitchen sink” kind of a meal
We often put in different things
but here are a few things that we’ve used often:
Sausage
Kielbasa
Chicken
Veggies of ALL kinds
Bacon
Cheese
Really anything you’d eat with scrambled eggs or in an Omelet
I often make up a batch of my
and toss them in
YUM!
The sky is the limit
and see what kind of creation you can come up with!
Ingredients:
  • Eggs – 2-3 eggs per person, depending on how hungry you are
  • Cheese, shredded – as much or as little as you like
  • A splash of milk – or a few splashes depending on how many eggs you use!
  • Whatever else you want to add to it! Make sure they are cooked and ready to eat
Directions:
Heat oven to 400
Crack all your eggs into a bowl and scramble. Add in your milk and mix. Heat an oven safe pan to medium heat and add the eggs and cheese. Once eggs start to set a bit, add in your other cooked ingredients. Mix everything together. Then with a spatula, flatten out the mixture, so it is all nice and even in the pan. Cook another 1-2 minutes without touching or stirring the eggs. The eggs should start to set on the bottom. Take you pan and place it in the heated oven. Bake until eggs are set on top – 8-15 minutes, depending on how many eggs you are making. Cut into pieces (We cut it like a pizza – into slices)
Enjoy!
