Crockpot Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

Crockpot Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

I really enjoy my Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta that I make on the stovetop.  I was wanting to make it, but needed a crockpot meal, since we’d be out until dinner time and needed dinner ready when we got home (because my kids are ALWAYS hungry as soon as we walk in the door!)

So I decided to try it in the crockpot. If you don’t have time, you could make the pasta ahead of time, stick it in the fridge and then just toss in the crockpot to warm it up. Should work perfectly and the heat from the chicken and sauce should heat the pasta up again.

It turned out really well! There were NO leftovers, so I am guessing it was a hit with the family 🙂 Another Crockpot meal to add to our meal rotation. I sure LOVE my crockpot!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of chicken – cubed or whole breasts. If you use whole breasts, simply shred the chicken before adding the pasta and serving
  • 6 slices of bacon – cooked and cut up (I used Turkey Bacon)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pkg. Dry Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken condensed soup
  • 1 cup sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 8oz of cooked Pasta (I used spaghetti, but egg noodles would be great too!)

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients, except the pasta, into your slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. When you have 15 minutes left, boil a pot of water and cook your pasta according to directions. If you want, you could cook the pasta ahead of time, place in the fridge, and simply put in the crockpot before serving, allowing the sauce and chicken to heat the pasta back up. If you used whole chicken breasts, shred the chicken. Add pasta, toss, and serve!

Enjoy! Delicious with some garlic bread!
