Let Him In Necklace – version 2

Let Him In Necklace

Since my Let Him In necklace has been so popular on the blog this year, I thought I would do another version for this year.

I saw these Antique Silver Plated Key Pendant Trays on Amazon and knew I wanted to do something with them. I bought the 20mm Round Flat Back Clear Crystal Glass Cabochon to go with them.

When I saw how popular this necklace has been, my first project for these pendants was to make another necklace to go with the bookmark that I created. (feel free to download and print! there are 2 bookmarks on a 5×7 photo)

I simply attached the key with a Jump Ring to any type of necklace – Like Vintage Style Necklaces or Leather Cord Necklaces

I made the circles in my Silhouette design studio. When I get a chance (and my kids aren’t on my other computer), I’ll try to upload my file. However, ANYONE can use the software, you simply just print it out and cut/punch it out yourself. Simply create a circle that is .75″ round and make it any color you’d wish! You can simply use a 3/4-Inch Circle Punch  – which I actually had from when I made these Value Hershey Kiss Jars. Remember to print out on Matte Photo Paper – NOT glossy! Glossy tends to run the colors when it is glued. I have never had that problem on Matte paper.

Then simply attach the glass and the circle to the Pendant Trays with some E6000 – LOVE that stuff. Use it on soooo many projects!

You could also make it into a key ring. Simply attach it to a Key Chain Ring.

Now to figure out some other fun ideas to use these cool Antique Silver Plated Key Pendant Trays on!

I’ll try and take another picture without the overhead lights showing in the glass… It is just so cloudy and rainy here, there is not a lot of natural light right now!
