We LOVE to have Brinner or Breakfast for Dinner (and we loved the show “Scrubs” as well!)
I came across a recipe on Pinterest for square pancake, or pancakes in the oven and I was intrigued
Seemed easy enough, and I wouldn’t have to stand over the griddle flipping pancakes all of dinner time
So I gave it a try
My kids were thrilled to see it come out of the oven
Since I baked it in a 13×9 pan, it looked like a cake
My kids were thrilled about having “cake” for dinner!!
The best part?
They were DELICIOUS!
I may have to make 2 pans next time, because we all loved it so much!
REALLY easy, and delicious!
A winner in this house for sure – something to add to our regular menu rotation!
YUM!! Give it a try, I think you’ll like it as well 🙂
