Instant Pot Crack Chicken (crockpot too!)

 

YUM. I pretty much just enjoy any dish that is chicken, cream cheese, and ranch. Mix it up different ways and I’ll eat it! There is nothing really not to like about this dish. All of my kids are it up quick! Super easy and quick to make as well. Always a hit in our home!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1-2lbs of chicken
  • 1 pkg. dry ranch seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 6-8 slices of cooked bacon

 

Directions:

Place chicken, cream cheese, water, and ranch into your instant pot. Use the chicken button and turn it on for 12 minutes – 20 if using frozen chicken. Make sure the vent is set to seal. Use the quick release once it is finished. Shred the chicken and mix together. Add in the cheese and bacon.

Crockpot: Place chicken, cream cheese, and ranch into your crockpot. You don’t need the water for the crockpot version. Place on high 4-6 hours or low 8-10. Shred the chicken. Add in the cheese and bacon.
