Yesterday,
I took my kids to a friends lake house
and we had the best day swimming,
boating, canoeing, fishing,
playing the in the sand…
Enjoying the last little bit that summer had to offer
It was a fantastic day with the kids
and they keep asking if they can go back –
I think they want to live there now 🙂
I realized when we got home
that I took no pictures
I just enjoyed the time
and didn’t worry about it
There was no cell service
No connection to the outside world
Really just enjoying what life has to offer
While I love pictures
and taking them
I enjoyed just being there in the moment
and enjoying being a mom
with my kids
It was bliss 🙂
