You know I love my crockpot(s) around here! Seriously, how did I not know how to use it for so long??? I really credit Pinterest for me learning and knowing how to use my crockpot. Now I am not sure how I ever lived without it! I could probably use it everyday. Other than my KitchenAid mixer, it is the other small appliance I could not live without.
I wanted to try a new Pork roast recipe. I decided on a Crockpot Balsamic Pork Roast recipe. I had forgottne that I had some Balsamic vinegar that I hadn’t really used. Decided we should finally try it out. I was pretty good! My 10-year-old and Husband LOVED it. I only made a small pork roast – in case we didn’t like it, I didn’t want a huge roast – so there were not many leftovers, because they gobbled it up. I thought it was pretty tasty as well.
If you like tangy flavors, you’ll enjoy this roast. Does it top my other favorite Pork Roast? No, the other one is just too good to ever beat. However, this is a nice change up from our favorite Pork Roast and delicious too! So we’ll be making it again for sure 🙂 We served it with mashed potatoes and poured the juices on them like gravy – YUM!
