I thought I had blogged this already, but apparently, I put the draft in a different account! Oops! Anyway, I made this in my slow cooker a bit ago and it was delicious! My oldest son loved it. I don’t think there were any leftovers, so it must a have been a successful meal for the entire family. I love my crockpot – makes my evenings so much easier! Plus my house smells yummy all day long. I think I just like kitchen appliances. Contrary to what I have heard, my Instant Pot has not made me stop using my crockpot! I like them both for different reasons, depending on my needs for that day!
Ingredients:
- 1-2 lbs of chicken breast
- 1 pkg Italian Salad Dressing Seasoning
- 1 8oz pkg. Cream Cheese
- 1-2 cans Cream of Chicken soup – depending on how much chicken you use or how creamy you like it.
- 1 box of Pasta or Rice – cooked according to directions on box
Directions:
Put everything in the crockpot, except the pasta. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. I like to stir the sauce after it heats up. When done, shred the chicken in the sauce. Serve with Pasta or you could also serve over rice.
YUM! Enjoy!
