Monkey Bread Cookie Butter Sundae

Ingredients
  

  • 2 16.3oz cans of biscuits (use 3 cans if the smaller size ones)
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Biscoff Cookie Butter

Notes

Heat oven to 350. Grease Bundt Pan with cooking spray or butter
Mix the white sugar and cinnamon in a zip-top bag. Open your biscuits and pull biscuits apart. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Place biscuits into the zip-top bag and shake. Arrange biscuit pieces in the bundt pan.
Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to boil and boil 1 minute. Pour over cinnamon-sugar biscuits.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until biscuits are cooked through. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Place a plate on top of the pan and flip over. You could now pull apart and start eating
or
Heat some cookie butter in the microwave. This doesn't take long depending on how much you are heating. Start with 10-15 seconds. Add some vanilla ice cream to your monkey bread serving and drizzle with the cookie butter!!!
